THE NEW PARKING LOT:: In order to ensure the safety of all students, staff and the public it is crucial that vehicles avoid the buslane and park or que in the appropriate areas as detailed on the site plan. This should assist in the dailytraffic flow and ease the burden onside during peak periods. There will be some minor elements added throughout the new parking lot into the fall which will also assist in creating a safer and more efficient site.
Crisis Response - 1-866-888-8988New Help Line launched by Health Canada : The First Nations and Inuit Hope for Wellness Help Line. The toll free number for the line is 1-855-242-3310. The purpose of the Help Line is to provide immediateculturally competent telephone-based crisis intervention counselling to First Nations and Inuit youngpeople and adults experiencing distress. Help Line calls will be answered by experienced crisisintervention counsellors, and service will be available in English and French. Callers may also ask aboutthe availability of service in Cree, Ojibway and Inukitut. Work will continue regarding how best to furtherpromote the Help Line. Spread the Word.
